Tracking Your Blood Tests

My Health lets you log and track your blood test results so you can monitor how your body is responding to treatment. This feature requires a Cracking or Hatched subscription.

Adding Blood Test Results

To log a new blood test:

  1. Navigate to My Health from the sidebar.
  2. Select the Blood Tests tab.
  3. Click Add Blood Test.
  4. Enter the date the test was taken.
  5. Fill in the values for each marker along with the unit and reference range provided by your lab.
  6. Optionally link the blood test to one of your saved providers.
  7. Click Save to store your results.

You can enter results manually or, if available, use the Medichecks integration to import results directly.

What Markers Can You Track?

Gender Journey supports a wide range of blood test markers relevant to hormone therapy and general health:

  • Hormones — Estradiol, Testosterone, LH, FSH, Prolactin, SHBG
  • Liver function — ALT, AST, GGT, Albumin
  • Kidney function — Creatinine, eGFR
  • Full blood count — Haemoglobin, Haematocrit, White blood cells, Platelets
  • Lipids — Total cholesterol, HDL, LDL, Triglycerides
  • Thyroid — TSH, Free T4, Free T3
  • Vitamins and minerals — Vitamin D, B12, Folate, Ferritin
  • Other — HbA1c

Viewing Graphs and Trends

Each marker you track is graphed over time so you can see how your levels change. Normal range indicators are displayed on the graph so you can quickly see whether your results fall within the expected range.

To view your graphs:

  1. Go to My Health > Blood Tests.
  2. Select a marker from the list.
  3. The graph displays all recorded values for that marker with the reference range highlighted.

Linking Blood Tests to Providers

You can associate each blood test with the provider who ordered or processed it. This makes it easy to keep track of which clinic or lab handles your blood work.
