Body Measurements and Progress
Tracking body measurements over time gives you a clear picture of the physical changes happening during your transition. This feature requires a Cracking or Hatched subscription.
What Can You Track?
Gender Journey lets you record a range of body measurements, including:
- Bust or chest circumference
- Waist circumference
- Hip circumference
- And additional measurements as needed
Logging Measurements
To add a new measurement:
- Go to My Health and select the Body Measurements tab.
- Click Add Measurement.
- Choose the measurement type.
- Enter the value and the date.
- Click Save.
For the most consistent results, try to measure at the same time of day and in the same way each time. Many people find it helpful to measure first thing in the morning.
Viewing Your Progress
Each measurement type has its own graph showing how your values have changed over time. You can compare measurements across different time periods to see your progress at a glance.
Tips for Accurate Tracking
- Use a flexible tape measure for circumference measurements.
- Stand in the same posture each time.
- Record measurements in the same units consistently (centimetres or inches).
- Take measurements at regular intervals — weekly or monthly — for the clearest trend data.
