Surgery Tracking and Health Score

My Health helps you keep a complete record of your surgeries and gives you an aggregated health score based on your tracked metrics. These features require a Cracking or Hatched subscription.

Logging Surgeries

To record a surgery:

  1. Go to My Health and select the Surgeries tab.
  2. Click Add Surgery.
  3. Enter the following details:
    • Surgery name — The name or type of procedure.
    • Date — When the surgery took place or is scheduled.
    • Surgeon or provider — Select from your saved providers or add a new one.
    • Hospital — Where the surgery was or will be performed.
    • Notes — Any additional details you want to record.
  4. Click Save.

Surgeries appear on your journey timeline, giving you a comprehensive view of your transition milestones alongside other health data.

Pre-op and Post-op Tracking

For each surgery you can add pre-operative and post-operative notes to track your preparation and recovery. This is a useful reference for future appointments and for keeping your healthcare team informed.

Understanding Your Health Score

Your health score is an aggregated metric that gives you a quick overview of your overall health. It is calculated based on:

  • Recent blood test results — Whether your key markers are within normal ranges.
  • Blood pressure — Your most recent readings and their trends.
  • Weight and BMI — Whether your weight is within a healthy range.
  • Medication adherence — How consistently you have been logging your doses.

The health score is displayed as a visual indicator on your dashboard and within the My Health section. You can track how your score trends over time.

Customising Health Indicators

You can choose which health metrics are displayed prominently:

  1. Go to My Health > Health Indicators.
  2. Toggle individual indicators on or off.
  3. Drag to reorder them by priority.
  4. The indicators you enable will appear on your dashboard and health summary.
