Communities on My Connect

Communities bring together people with shared interests, experiences, or goals. They are a great way to find support and build relationships within the Gender Journey platform.

Finding Communities

To discover communities:

1. Go to My Connect > Communities.
2. Browse the list of available communities.
3. Use the search feature to find communities by topic or name.
4. Click on a community to read its description and see recent posts.

Joining a Community

When you find a community you are interested in:

1. Click Join on the community page.
2. You are now a member and will see community posts in your feed.

You can leave a community at any time by visiting the community page and clicking Leave.

Posting in a Community

To create a post in a community:

1. Go to the community page.
2. Click Create Post.
3. Write your post, attach any media, and add relevant tags.
4. Click Publish.

Your post will be visible to all members of the community.

Community Guidelines

All communities follow the Gender Journey community guidelines. Posts are monitored to ensure the platform remains a safe and supportive space:

• Be respectful and supportive of others.
• Do not share personal medical information about other users.
• Content that violates community guidelines may be removed.
• You can report any post or comment that you find inappropriate.
