Help Portal Contact Form
The quickest way to contact support is through the contact form in the help portal:
- Go to the Help section from the navigation menu.
- Scroll to the bottom and click Contact Support.
- Select a category for your enquiry:
- Bug Report — Something is not working correctly.
- General Support — Questions about features or your account.
- GDPR Request — Data access, portability, or deletion requests.
- Compliance — Questions about data handling and privacy.
- Other — Anything else.
- Describe your issue in detail.
- Complete the verification step and submit.

What to Include in Your Message
To help us resolve your issue as quickly as possible, please include:
- Your account email address — So we can locate your account.
- A clear description of the problem — What happened, what you expected to happen, and any error messages you saw.
- Steps to reproduce — If applicable, tell us exactly what you did leading up to the issue.
- Device and browser information — For example, "Chrome on Windows 11" or "Safari on iPhone 15".
- Screenshots — If possible, include screenshots showing the issue.
Response Times
- Hatched plan subscribers receive priority support with faster response times.
- All users can expect a response within a reasonable timeframe. We aim to address all enquiries as promptly as possible.
GDPR and Data Requests
If you need to make a data-related request (access, export, or deletion of your personal data), select the GDPR Request category in the contact form. We will process your request in accordance with applicable data protection regulations.
