Setting Up Your Medications
Whether you are on low-dose oestrogen, low-dose testosterone, blockers only, or a combination:
- Navigate to My Medications and tap Add Medication.
- Select your medication from the list — Gender Journey supports all major HRT medications and blockers.
- Enter your prescribed dose and frequency.
- Enable reminders to stay on track.
You can add as many medications as your regimen requires. Each one tracks independently.
Monitoring Your Bloods
Regular blood tests are essential on any HRT regimen. In My Health:
- Log results for all relevant markers — hormone levels, liver and kidney function, full blood count, and more.
- View trends over time with interactive graphs.
- Compare your results to reference ranges.
- Bring your tracking data to appointments to help your provider make informed decisions.
Documenting Changes
Non-binary transitions are deeply personal, and changes may be subtle:
- My Photos — Take regular photos to track physical changes over time. Even small shifts are easier to see when you compare photos across months.
- My Diary — Journal about your emotional and physical experience. Tag entries with your mood and track how you are feeling over time.
- My Voice — If voice changes are part of your goals (or something you are monitoring), use voice recordings and pitch analysis to track any shifts.
Sharing With Your Provider
Use the My Connect provider sharing features to give your healthcare provider access to relevant data. This makes appointments more productive and helps ensure your care is tailored to your goals.
Your Journey, Your Way
There is no single right way to be non-binary. Gender Journey adapts to your needs — track as much or as little as you like, and adjust your approach as your goals evolve.
