Logging Results

Manual Entry

  1. Go to My Health and select Blood Tests.
  2. Tap Add Blood Test.
  3. Enter the date the test was taken.
  4. Add each marker and its value.
  5. Optionally link the test to a provider.
  6. Save your results.

Medichecks Integration

If you use Medichecks for your blood tests, you can import results automatically:

  1. Go to My Health > Blood Tests.
  2. Tap Import from Medichecks.
  3. Follow the prompts to connect your account.
  4. Your results will be imported and displayed alongside any manually entered data.

Understanding Your Graphs

Each blood test marker has its own graph showing your results over time:

  • Data points — Each test result appears as a point on the graph.
  • Normal range — A shaded area shows the typical reference range. Results within this area are generally considered normal.
  • Trend line — See whether your levels are rising, falling, or stable over time.

Tap any data point to see the exact value, date, and which provider was linked to that test.

Reference Ranges

Reference ranges show what is considered typical for each marker. Keep in mind:

  • Ranges can vary between laboratories.
  • Your target range on HRT may differ from the standard reference range — your provider will guide you.
  • A result slightly outside the range is not always cause for concern. Trends matter more than single values.

Tips for Effective Tracking

  • Be consistent — Try to get blood drawn at a similar time of day, as some markers fluctuate throughout the day.
  • Track everything — Even markers that seem fine. Having a baseline is valuable if levels change later.
  • Bring your data — Show your Gender Journey blood test graphs to your provider at appointments. Visual trends are often more useful than individual numbers.
  • Set reminders — Use My Calendar to remind yourself when your next blood test is due.
