Adding and Managing Your Medications
My Medications (shown as "My Hormones" in the app) lets you track all your HRT and related medications in one place. This feature requires a Cracking or Hatched subscription.
Adding a New Medication
To add a medication:
- Navigate to My Medications from the sidebar.
- Click Add Medication.
- Choose from the pre-populated list of common medications or add a custom one.
- Select your dose amount from the pre-configured options, or enter a custom amount.
- Set the frequency (daily, weekly, fortnightly, etc.).
- Optionally link the medication to a prescribing provider.
- Click Save.
Supported Medication Categories
Gender Journey includes pre-populated templates for a wide range of HRT medications:
- Oestrogen — Estradiol in oral, transdermal gel, transdermal patch, and injectable forms (valerate and cypionate).
- Anti-androgens — Spironolactone, Cyproterone acetate, Bicalutamide, Finasteride, and Dutasteride.
- Progestogens — Medroxyprogesterone acetate and Micronized progesterone.
- Testosterone — Enanthate, Cypionate, and Undecanoate injections, plus gel and patch forms.
- GnRH analogues — Leuprolide acetate, Goserelin acetate, and Triptorelin.
- Puberty blockers — Leuprolide acetate and Histrelin acetate implant.
- Custom — Add any other medication not listed above.
The templates available to you are tailored to your journey type (feminising, masculinising, or non-binary).
Managing Your Medication List
From your medication list you can:
- View all active medications with their current dose and frequency.
- Edit a medication to update the dose or frequency.
- Archive a medication you are no longer taking.
- View the full history of changes for each medication.
