GALE offers a rich conversational experience with features designed to make your interactions more meaningful and useful. This feature requires a Hatched subscription.

Managing Conversations

GALE keeps a history of your conversations so you can revisit them at any time:

• Save conversations — Each conversation is automatically saved with a title based on the topic.
• Rename conversations — Give conversations custom titles to make them easier to find later.
• Load past conversations — Browse your conversation history and continue where you left off.
• Delete conversations — Remove individual conversations you no longer need.
• Clear all history — Delete your entire conversation history if you want a fresh start.

Multi-Turn Conversations

GALE remembers the context within a conversation, so you can have natural, flowing discussions:

• Ask follow-up questions without repeating context.
• Build on previous topics within the same conversation.
• Return to a saved conversation and continue the discussion days or weeks later.

Proactive Support

GALE does not just respond — it can proactively offer support:

• Conversation starters — Context-aware suggestions based on your recent activity, health data, or journey milestones.
• Suggested topics — GALE may suggest topics it thinks could be helpful based on your preferences.
• Check-in prompts — Gentle prompts to see how you are doing, especially around significant events in your journey.

Accessing Your Health Data

GALE can access your Gender Journey data to provide more informed responses. When relevant, GALE can:

• Look up your recent blood test results.
• Check your medication information and adherence.
• Review your diary entries for context.
• Search help articles to provide accurate information.

This happens within the conversation — GALE will explain what data it is referencing and why. You are always in control of what you share in your conversations.

Streaming Responses

GALE's responses appear in real time using streaming text. You will see each word as it is generated, making the conversation feel natural and responsive.
